Since we got information about his death, we have been expecting his next of kin to come over and claim his money because we cannot release it unless some body applies for it as next of kin or relation to the deceased as indicated in our banking guidlines and laws but unfortunately we learnt that all his supposed next of kin or relation died alongside with him at the plane crash leaving nobody behind for the claim.
It is therefore upon this discovery that I and other officials in my department now decided to make this business proposal to you and release the money to you as the next of kin or relation to the deceased for safety and subsequent disbursement since nobody is coming for it and we don't want this money to go into the bank treasury as unclaimed bill because the banking law states that, if such fund remain unclaimed for many year's and then, the fund will be transfer into the bank treasury as unclaimed bill.

I will not fail to bring to your notice that this transaction is free risk and you should keep this transaction (TOP SECRET) and do not let the bank notice that, I contacted you to claim this fund but I will be giving you all information from the bank until the fund is transfered into your account.

Kemiripan gerakan NII al Zaytun dan LDII
Islam Jamah yang sering disingkat IJ adalah sebuah aliran sempalan yang secara resmi telah dilarang oleh pemerintah RI lewat SK Jaksa Agung No. Kep-08/D.A/10.197, tanggal 29 Oktober 1971.
Karena sudah dilarang di seluruh Indonesia, maka imam Islam Jamaah, Nur Hasan Ubaidah mencari taktik baru. Yaitu mendekati dan meminta perlindungan kepada Let. Jen. Ali Murtopo yang saat itu mejadi wakil Kepala BAKIN dan staf OPSUS (Operasi Khusus Presiden Soeharto). Lalui sang imam menyatakan masuk GOLKAR yang saat itu menjadi organisasi milik rezim berkuasa.
Dibawah naungan pohon beringin, Islam Jamaah ganti kulit menjadi LEMKARI (Lembaga Karyawan Dakwah Islam). Tapi karena isinya sama saja, akhirnya oleh Gubernur Jawa Timur dibekukan dengan SK no 618 tahun 1988 pada tanggal 24 Desember 1988.
Untuk itu proses ganti kulit dilakukan lagi dan kemudian pada Musyawarah Besar Lemkari IV di asrama Haji Pondok Gede Jakarta tahun 1990, LEMKARI diganti menjadi LDII (Lembaga Dakwah Islam Indonesia).
Kenapa kelompok ini berkali-kali dilarang hingga harus `ganti kulit` berkali-kali ?
Jawabannya ada pada doktrin yang ditanamkan yang banyak menyimpang dari ajaran Islam yang sesungguhnya. Doktrin-doktrin sesat dengan mudah ditancapkan kepada para anggota karena rata-rata anggotanya adalah orang-orang berlatar belakang pendidikan agama yang dangkal dan sangat awam. Bisa dikatakan kelompok ini tidak punya ulama atau ahli syariat yang bisa mengawal jalannya anggota dan organisasinya agar tidak keluar dari rel ajaran Islam.
Contoh doktrin yang menyipang dan paling mudah untuk disebutkan adalah :
1. Takfir
Takfir adalah mengkafirkan orang yang tidak berbai`at kepada imam mereka. Ciri takfir ini selalu ada dan menjadi ciri khas kelompok yang menyimpang. Jadi secara psikologis, mereka ingin menanamkan rasa bangga dan ekslusifisme tertentu kepada anggotanya dengan memberi label muslim kepada kelompok mereka dan label non muslim kepada selain mereka (diluar kelompok).
- Dan secara otomatis, setiap anggotanya tidak dibenarkan kawin dengan non anggota, karena menurut mereka, orang yang bukan anggota bukan muslim. Dan nikah sah hanya di depan sang imam.
-Begitu juga dalam masalah shalat kelompok, mereka tidak akan mau jadi makmum di belakang orang yang bukan anggota kelompok mereka.
- Bahkan ada juga yang sampai mencuci kursi tamunya lantaran punya tamu bukan anggota mereka. Tamu ini meski formalnya muslim, namun dalam pandangan mereka kafir sehingga tempat duduknya pun harus dicuci karena dianggap najis.
- Lebih kacau lagi, mereka yakin bahwa harta orang lain yang bukan anggota mereka boleh diambil karena milik orang kafir.
Padahal syariat Islam jelas-jelas melarang kita mudah mengkafirkan orang lain, kecuali memang secara tegas seseorang menyatakan diri murtad. Atau melalui proses pengadilan dengan memanggil orang yang bersangkutan dan telah diputuskan oleh mahkamah syar`iyah bahwa seseorang memang nyata keluar dari Islam.
Sedangkan orang yang lahir dari orang tua muslim, otomatis menjadi seorang muslim dan tidak perlu melakukan syahadat ulang di depan Amir, Imam atau apappun isitilahnya. Baca syahadat di depan tokoh tertentu lebih mirip dengan baptis gaya kristen ketimbang ajaran aqidah Islam.
2. Menyembah Imam / Amir
Salah satu cara mereka dalam menanamkan doktrin sesat adalah memutlakkan taqlid kepada apapun yang dikatakan imam/ amir. Ketaatan kepada amir itu berisfat mutlak dan tertinggi. Bahkan mereka tidak boleh menerima ayat Al-Quran dan Sunnah kecuali yang keluar dari mulut sang amir. Dan semua hukum Islam itu sumbernya hanya satu, MULUT SANG AMIR.
Jadi Amir-lah yang menentukan halal dan haram. Bahkan dia bisa memasang tarif untuk menebus dosa dari anggotanya. Karena dia punya hak untuk menghalalkan atau mengharamkan suatu hukum. Yang haram bisa jadi halal asal bayar sekian juta dan seterusnya. Ini juga sangat mirip dengan kelakuan ahli kitab (nasrani dan yahudi) kepada pendeta dan rahib mereka.
Allah SWT berfirman :
“Mereka menjadikan orang-orang alimnya dan rahib-rahib mereka sebagai tuhan selain Allah dan Al Masih putera Maryam, padahal mereka hanya disuruh menyembah Tuhan yang Esa, tidak ada Tuhan selain Dia. Maha suci Allah dari apa yang mereka persekutukan.” (QS. At-Taubah
:31).
Ubadah bin Shamit, seorang shahabat Rasulullah SAW yang dahulu menjadi Ahli kitab pernah mengkritisi ayat ini, dia berkomentar bahwa dahulu ahli kitab tidak menyembah pendeta dan rahib. Namun Rasulullah SAW menegaskan bahwa sikap mereka yang ta`at, tunduk, patuh dan menjadikan mulut pendeta itu sebagai satu-satunya sumber hukum, tidak peduli bahwa hal itubertentangan dengan kitab suci dan ajaran yang asli dari para nabi, tidak peduli apakah halal atau haram, telah menjadikan mereka MENYEMBAH sang pendeta.
3. Infaq Wajib
Umumnya kelompok sesat berujung kepada pengumpulan duit atau UUD (Ujung-Ujungnya Duit). Namun karena dikemas dengan doktrin dan segala macam asesorinya, maka dengan setia dan taat mereka mengeluarkan uang buat sang amir. Kalau perlu sampai jadi miskin sekalian. Dan tarif-tarif infaq wajib itu termasuk gila-gilaan. Ada yang menetapkan 20 % dari
penghasilan. Belum lagi zakat, kafarat, denda., harakah dan lainnya.
Walhasil, sang amir mendadak kaya raya dan hidup mewah. Sebaliknya, para anggota semakin kurus karena diperas dan dipaksa cari uang. Kalau kepepet, maka haramya mencuri bisa dirubah jadi halal. Begitu juga dengan merampok, korupsi, menipu dan sejenisnya. Semuanya bisa jadi halal dengan syarat tidak ketahuan. Kalau sampai ketahuan, yang salah bukan tindakan
pencuriannya, tapi kenapa kok sampai ketahuan.
Pokoknya apa saja tidak peduli halal atau haram, yang penting harus setor ke amir. Makin banyak setor, makin tinggi pangkat dan kedudukannya. Semua setoran yang sudah masuk tidak dibenarkan untuk diminta laporan dan catatan pembukuannya.
Ketika nur Hasan Ubaidah meninggal karena kecelakaan lalu lintas tahun 1982, dia meninggalkan harta yang sangat banyak sekali. Semua harta itu diwariskan kepada anaknya Abd. Dhohir yang dibai`at sebelum mayat bapaknya dikuburkan. Hebatnya, semua harta itu secara hukum resmi telah syah menjadi milik keluarga Nur Hasan lengkap dengan sertifikat tanah dan lainnya.
Jadi lebih mirip sebuah genk mafia atau sekumpulan preman yang terorganisir. Ada sindikat dan ada `the god father`-nya.
4. Taqiyah
Ciri yang tidak pernah luput dari kelompok sesat adalah taqiyah yaitu menyembunyikan doktrin sesatnya kepada siapapun kecuali kepada mereka yang sudah resmi di bai`at hingga pada level tertentu. Sehingga setiap ada orang yang ingin melakukan konfirmasi ke pihak mereka atas berita kesesatan ajaran mereka, selalu akan dipungkiri dengan sekian banyak dalih. Biasanya, apa yang mereka pajang di `etalase` adalah hal-hal yang baik, bagus, normal dan biasa saja. Barulah setelah kita masuk dapurnya, kita baru bisa tahu seperti apa wujud asli kelompok itu.
Karena itu, banyak ca-ang (calon anggota) yang menafikan informasi kesesatan kelompok sempalan. Bahkan terkadang membela mati-matian kelompoknya.
Jadi informasi kesesatan doktrin kelompok sesat itu umumnya datang dari mereka yang memang sudah pernah menjadi orang inti atau level yang cukup tinggi dalam komunitas itu. Dan cross-chek antara satu orang dan orang lainnya yang sudah tobat memang menunjukkan indikasi yang sama. Artinya pola dan sistematika doktirn itu bisa dipetakan dari hasil pengakuan mereka yang sudah `tobat` dari kelompok itu.
Tapi biasanya, pihak pimpinan akan memblack list mereka dan mengatakan bahwa erekaadalah pengkhiatan dan penyebar fitnah karena sakit hati dan seterusnya. Jadi keterangan dari orang yang sudah tobat itu terkadang tidak mempan karena para angota baru sudah diimunisasi atas info-info kesesatan kelompok mereka.
5. Tidak berani dialog terbuka
Dan jujur saja bahwa semua kesesatannya itu hanya akan mampu memperdaya orang-orang awam dan kosong dari pemahaman Islam yang benar. Kalau dihadapkan kepada para ulama dan masyaikh dari umat Islam, sudah bisa dipastikan mereka akan menghindari dialog dan adu argumentasi. Jadi memang mereka tidak punya itikad baik dalam menggerakkan kelompoknya.
